  • Workmanship

    Express Plumbing provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship from the date of service, subject to the exclusions and limitations in the Terms and Conditions of Service.

  • Parts and equipment

    Warranties for parts and equipment, including water heaters, pumps, and fixtures, are provided solely by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

The Terms and Conditions of Service list the following warranty exclusions:

  • Issues caused by ordinary wear and tear.
  • Damage or failures caused by customer misuse, abuse, or neglect, including failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions or to address a known condition that could damage the work or equipment.
  • Damage or failure caused by water quality or water conditions unsuitable for the installed plumbing or equipment, including corrosive or acidic water, excessive hardness or mineral content, sediment, or other contaminants. This includes damage resulting from failure to install or maintain recommended water treatment.
  • If you choose a partial repair instead of the recommended repair, our workmanship warranty covers the work completed, but not the original issue if it remains unresolved.
  • Root intrusion in drains.
  • Issues resulting from subsequent work performed by anyone other than Express Plumbing.
  • Drain cleaning and unclogging services, which carry no warranty beyond the time of service completion.
